
Cold Coconut Crab Stick Soup

Ingredients
- Gadre crab sticks
- Desiccated coconut
- Coconut milk
- Pine nuts
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Chili Flakes
- Coriander Oil
Preparation Method
- Heat oil and butter in a pan
- Add garlic and take the pan off the heat, to avoid the butter from burning
- Add black peppercorns, salt and chilli flakes
- Place Gadre Crab Sticks in a baking dish and pour the butter and garlic concoction over it
- Bake it for 4 to 5 minutes at 160 degree celsius
- Take out the baking dish and serve
