Product Used: Gadre Crab Sticks

Ingredients

  • CRAB STICK 8 STICK
  • MINT MAYO 3 TBSP
  • RED BELL PEPPER 1 SLICED
  • GREEN PEPPER 1 SLICED
  • WHOLE WHEAT PITA BREAD 1 NO.
  • BUTTER 1/2 TBSP
  • ICEBERG
  • LETTUCE 1 CUP
  • ONION 1 SLICED
  • BLACK PEPPER CRUSHED 1/2 TSPN

Preparation Method

  • Remove crabstick from freezer & keep it aside for thawing.
  • Slice red & green peppers, onion.
  • Shred iceberg lettuce.
  • Mix all sliced veggies with the mint mayo & crabstick.
  • Sprinkle crushed black pepper into the mixture 61Do not mix iceberg lettuce in mixture.
  • Cut the pita bread into halves and gently pull each half open to form a pocket.
  • Fill each with shredded iceberg lettuce leaves.
  • Place the mixture on the lettuce.
  • Serve with your favorite sauce. Delicious Crab Pita Pockets are ready to eat. Enjoy!!
