Ingredients
- Burger Bun
- Gadre Fish Salami
- Iceberg Lettuce Shredded
- Onion Rings
- Tomato Sliced
- Gadre Fish Burger Patty
- Tartare Sauce
Preparation Method
- Deep – fry the Gadre fish patty & keep ready for the burger build.
- Take the warm crown of the burger bun, apply the tartare sauce, place the shredded lattuce & immediately place the fried patty on top of it.
- Place the grilled Fish Salami on top of patty, place the onions & tomatoes & now place the base of burger bun.
- Keep carefully the finally assembled burger on top of the chopping board, cut it into two halves & serve on the service place with accompaniments.
